The Economic Club of Memphis is pleased to present Floyd Norris, current Fellow at the Center for Financial Economics at John Hopkins University in a webinar on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 11:30 am.

Floyd Norris is a fellow of the Center for Financial Economics at Johns Hopkins University, and a lecturer in the Economics Department. 

He spent 26 years at The New York Times, where he was chief financial correspondent and assistant business editor for many years. He was a financial columnist for most of that time, but spent one year on The Times’ Editorial Board. He retired in 2014.

Before joining The Times, he was the stock market columnist for Barron’s, and had worked for the Associated Press and United Press International.
